HEALTHY EATING
A sample menu includes:
Drinks: Water & Full Fat milk
Breakfast: Weetabix, eggs, porridge, toast, fresh fruit
Lunch: Sandwhiches, wraps, salad, yogurts, fruit, soup.
Dinner: Home cooked meal such as cottage pie, chilli & rice, Roast Chicken, fish pie.
Snacks: Dried fruit, fruit, carrot & celery sticks.
Treats may be made available with prior agreement.
