A sample menu includes:
Drinks:
Water & Full Fat milk
Breakfast:
Weetabix, eggs, porridge, toast, fresh fruit

Dinner:
Home cooked meal such as cottage pie, chilli & rice, Roast Chicken, fish pie.
Snacks:
Dried fruit, fruit, carrot & celery sticks.
